Tim Crooks

Tim is a Virginia native who has lived in multiple regions across the state including in and around Richmond. This has given him the familiarity of the area to assist homeowners with the best marketing strategy and help home buyers find the house they’re able to call home.

He graduated from James Madison University with studies in Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, and Psychology, playing in multiple National Championships in Men’s Soccer.

Tim’s strength and passion in psychology allows him to negotiate strategically as well as empathize and provide a unique perspective when clients need to make educated and informed decisions during what is known to be one of the most stressful moments in a person’s life.

Tim also enjoys searching for his ball on the golf course, browsing different breweries and wineries, game night with the family, karaoke night, and exercising.
